1. Convento San Guiseppe

Located in the capital city of Cagliari, the beautiful Convento San Guiseppe has been organising events for over 34 years and is renowned for its kind hospitality, expertise and friendliness. The venue consists of 8 halls and 6 exceptional gardens, with each hall having at least one garden attached to it. They have a civil ceremony license, you can exclusively hire the full venue and they have eight lovely double bedrooms available.

2. Hotel Cala di Volpe

A glamorous and elegant spot stretched out across the bay like a timeless Mediterranean village, Hotel Cala di Volpe was designed in the 1960s by the famous French architect Jacques Couëlle, and has recently been reinterpreted with new rooms, suites, spaces and restaurants. Featuring an olympic sized saltwater pool right by the sea and multiple eateries, the venue can be hired out exclusive and can host up to 250 guests. Ceremonies and receptions can be held across various spaces within the venue, including by their pool, on the wooden pier heading into the Cala di Volpe Bay or on their private beach.

4. Faro Capo-Spartivento

Located on a cliff overlooking the sea, Faro Capo-Spartivento is a truly unique and memorable wedding venue within Sardinia. Originally built in 1854 by the Italian Navy, it is a private lighthouse with impressive event spaces throughout. Set within a protected nature reserve it provides a high level of privacy whilst also benefiting from dramatic surroundings. The venue can host up to 100 guests for a sit down dinner, with various spaces to choose from including their Front Terrace, Garden and Roof Terrace. The space also has a large garden with in-built fireplace that makes a lovely lounge area, along with an infinity pool and two jacuzzis at the front of the building. Natural in design, stone and granite, basalt, wrought iron and wood are used both inside and out, with hot water and electricity produced using solar panels as a nod to the power of nature.

7. Su Gologone

Tucked away between the mountains and the sea, Su Gologone is a wonderful family run hotel and restaurant that feels authentically Sardinian. Started in 1967 by founder Giuseppe ‘Peppeddu’ Palimodde as a restaurant offering traditional cuisine, people came from far and wide to try their delicious and highly talked about dishes. Due to its popularity they decided to add accommodation and the space just grew from there. Now managed by three generations of women from the family, Pasqua, Giovanna and Camilla, Su Gologone is known for its authentic and exquisite cuisine, warm hospitality, cosy atmosphere and unspoilt nature.
