Aisle Style With Elmore Court

Forget the wedding aisle runner, the aisle styling of our dreams is over stated, exaggerated and full of unique little details. We've spotted some particularly stylish wedding aisles that are ticking all our boxes at the beautiful Elmore Court this year, so let the aislspiration begin.

Wedding Aisle Flowers

Top of our dream ceremony style is natural flowers. Be that petal strewn aisles, statement flowers trees flanking either side, or foliage. Flora and fauna is stunning in all varieties. There has been an abundance of statement aisle flowers at recent Elmore Court weddings- it really does seem that bigger is better when it comes to flowers this year, and we're loving it.

Candlelit Wedding Ceremony

What could be more romantic than saying I do in the soft glow of candlelight? Lining your wedding aisle with candles is probably the simplest way to add drama and atmosphere to your ceremony Wedding arches Arches are a beautiful addition to a luxury wedding wherever they are used, whether positioned at the end of the aisle, behind the top table or used as a selfie backdrop. You can get twice the use by moving from ceremony to reception and re-using in a different way- these are the most versatile statement decor item you could choose.

Outdoor Wedding Aisles

How do you create a wedding aisle where there is none? With some beautiful wooden benches or chairs, an arch to signify the entrance and some flowers at the end as a backdrop, making your own wedding aisle couldn't be simpler.

Living Arches

The most fun wedding aisles are made of people. A saber arch is a traditional feature of an army wedding, where the uniformed guests will hold up their swords (sabres) to salute the newlyweds and the couple then pass underneath. If you're not an army bride you can still have a wedding guest arch and replace the swords with sparklers, or your guests can create a human arch by holding hands overhead as you duck underneath, it's a nice little blessing to signify the end of the ceremony and beginning of the party...
