3. Villa di Rocca
A dreamy oasis surrounded by Malibu mountains on one side and lakes on the other, the elegant Villa di Rocca is perfect for a large and luxurious wedding. With the ability to host up to 500 guests, you can take over the venue for a full wedding weekend, with the option of up to 18 guests staying for the full 3 nights. On the Friday invite up to 50 guests for a rehearsal dinner, followed by a spectacular wedding on the Saturday and a chilled brunch on the Sunday with up to 50 guests. The venue is also home to a pool, sauna, movie theatre, large lounge and tennis court, with space to park up to 30 cars.

Nestled against the iconic Santa Monica mountains, the beautiful Malibu Sea View Estate is an exclusive use private home, with only a limited number of dates available each year. Southern facing and benefitting from some truly spectacular sunsets and 360 degree views of the ocean, the venue is located 250 feet above Pacific Coast Highway in one of the most scenic parts of Malibu. Featuring one of the largest level grass yards in the area, it's a beautiful spot for hosting a wedding al fresco. A 37 acre private vineyard with over 10 acres covered in vines, Malibu Rocky Oaks Estate Vineyards benefits from impressive 360 degree views of the Santa Monica Mountains and its rolling hillside. It is also fully family owned, having been founded back in 2003 and has the ability to host up to 180 guests seated or 400 standing. 6. The Surfrider Malibu
Originally built back in 1953 as the Malibu Shores Motel, The Surfrider Malibu is a historic and iconic spot in the area, having hosted a number of famous musicians, from The Doors and Neil Young to Fleetwood Mac. Add to that the fact it’s located on one of the most notable beaches in the evolution of surf culture, its fair to say its a pretty cool spot. Taking on a new life as The Surfrider Malibu whilst paying homage to its history through its thoughtfully designed renovation, it’s a lovely venue for a small and intimate wedding reception. With the ability to host between 8 to 65 for a chilled cocktail hour to a more formal dinner party, it’s got a lovely laidback yet elegant vibe.
