1. Finca La Concepción
A venue filled with history, Finca La Concepción was originally a farmhouse from the 19th century that used to house the workers of the local Iron foundary, one of the first in Spain. After the iron industry in this area stopped the town was abandoned, until the owner of the farmhouse decided to redo it and turn its ruins into a house typical to the Costa del Sol. With grounds filled with palm trees, avocado, orange and almond trees, along with lots of lovely fountains, this venue is a beautiful spot for a large wedding, with the ability to host up to 500 of your guests. Plus you can party until 3am with your nearest and dearest due to the private location, whilst also being just moments from the centre of Marbella.
2. Villa Del Mar
Bringing together the regal qualities of Andalucian architecture with modern comforts and elegant design, the pretty Villa Del Mar celebrates art, beauty and contemporary luxury within its venue, located right on the Mediterranean shoreline. Lovingly restored by local artisans and experts, you can expect the interiors to be filled with hand woven silk carpets, ceramics, carpentry, coffered ceilings and wood burning fireplaces. The venue is exclusive hire and can host up to 200 of your guests, and has accommodation for 14 guests to stay too. Plus its just 45 minutes from the airport, so a great option for a destination wedding.
3. Bono Beach
A fun beach club wedding venue, Bono Beach has amazing views across the Mediterranean Sea, with Gibraltar and Morocco visible in the distance. Exclusively yours for the day, you can host your ceremony on their terrace or on the beach, with a platform complete with a canopy to say your vows upon. Follow this up with a wedding breakfast with up to 160 of your guests, dining on a contemporary international menu with a strong focus on quality ingredients.
4. Beso Beach Estepona
Another beautiful beach club location, Beso Beach is a lovely eco friendly option, whose rustic chic interiors need minimal wedding decoration. With seafront views, you and your guests will love dining on their Basque-Mediterranean gastronomy whilst watching the sunset at your wedding reception. The venue also offers a swimming pool, bridal changing room and car park for your guests, and best of all has no limitations on when the party ends!
5. Villa La Susana
Traditionally a luxury family holiday getaway, Villa La Susana is also a beautiful and intimate spot to host a wedding. Made up of 3 villas named La Residencia, La Ventolera and Los Muros, the venue can sleep more than 40 of your guests across 28 bedrooms and also benefits from spacious common areas too. Perched high above the hill Balcon del Golf, it has stunning views of the Mediterranean whilst also only being 5 minutes away from its own private beach club, complete with spacious decks. A fun quirk of the property is that it also has a completely sound proofed nightclub, that will come in especially handy when you’re dancing until the early hours.
6. Villa Padierna Palace Hotel
A premium resort surrounded by pretty gardens, fountains and views of the Mediterranean sea, Villa Padierna Palace Hotel is an extremely elegant choice for a wedding venue. Get married in their breathtaking Roman Amphitheatre surrounded by art and manicured gardens with up to 300 of your guests, and host your reception at their beach club with the sea and sunset as your backdrop. They also have a stunning terrace available for weddings up to 500 guests along with an elegant ballroom, so there are plenty of spaces to choose from to suit you.
7. Finca Cortesin
Nestled in the hills of Casares just a short drive away from Marbella, Finca Cortesin is a beautiful rustic countryside wedding location, surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and pretty gardens. Exclusively yours for the day, you can host a wedding for up to 400 guests within their venue, with a lovely courtyard, ballroom and terrace looking out to sea to choose from. There is also plenty of accommodation for up to 134 of your guests, who will love making the most of the swimming pools, hotel golf course and high quality beach club.
8. Hotel Los Monteros
Located just a few minutes from the centre of Marbella and in an exclusive residential area, this beach front hotel has an abundance of spaces to choose from, including their lovely outdoor terrace looking out to sea, a beautiful ball, private rooms and La Cabane Beach Club. Positioned on the Golden Mile within Marbella, this Beach Resort and Spa is surrounded by lovely gardens and fountains with views out to sea. Being a resort means it has a plethora of spaces to host your wedding within, including several restaurants and bars, a ballroom and outdoor terrace, along with sizeable villas for you to host the wedding within. They recommend for example hosting a wedding at their Villa La Pereza, an exclusive space with private access on to the beach front and with 800sqm of private gardens and a pool. Celebrate here with up to 90 of your guests and then move onto their COYA Pool after, where you can dance until dawn and watch the sunrise. Alternatively they also have a stunning 688 square metre ballroom that can host up to 450 of your guests.
